By downloading or using Daily Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Not use the App to store illegal or harmful content

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create within the App, including habits, goals, and notes. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

Intellectual Property

All content within Daily Tracker, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Stalker Digital and protected by copyright law.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Daily Tracker available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Subscription and Payments

Daily Tracker may offer premium features via subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Daily Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stalker Digital shall not be liable for any loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
